Our general membership have the option to include training sessions and updating as well as nutrition consultation.

    If you are     injured or have a medical disorder of any description then you need not worry! Club Lifestyle can still be the thing for you. We work in with your Physio or you can contact one of our specialists whether you need Massage, Physio or Doctor. We use Magnum USA equipment designed for the world by Fitness professionals. It is the smoothest and most comfortable equipment at the top end of the market that wont stress your joints whilst still giving you effective results.
